Today, Pasadena law enforcement conducted a check on an occupied silver Tesla in the Royal Farms parking lot at 2500 Mountain Road, where they observed what appeared to be drug activity. According to FOX Baltimore, officers noted suspected drug paraphernalia in plain view inside the car, leading them to search the vehicle.
Detectives at the scene, having conducted a thorough search of the Tesla, found and confiscated 5.75 pounds of suspected marijuana. Alongside the illicit botanicals, police also recovered $14,687 in cash, as reported by WMAR-2 News. The significant sum of cash and cannabis was reportedly in connection with the suspect's drug distribution activities.
The driver, identified as Melvin Daniels Jr., aged 32, was subsequently arrested following the discovery. While being confronted with the evidence, the weight of the law began to press upon Daniels, and charges are now looming over.
