Implementation of the North Greenwood Community Redevelopment Area Plan is at the heart of committee responsibilities—a plan born from the advocacy of the Clearwater Urban Leadership Coalition and crystallized by a Finding of Necessity Study conducted by the city of Clearwater, this plan frames the neighborhood's aspirations, plotting a course for tax increment funds to fuel projects with precision, geared toward the community’s crucial needs, according to information from Pinellas County's announcement.
