Rancho Cordova was represented by five female leaders at the Sacramento Business Journal's 30th annual Women Who Mean Business Awards & Expo, held at the Hyatt Regency Sacramento on June 13. The event recognized women from different industries, with Rancho Cordova participants recognized for their roles in the city's business community, according to the City of Rancho Cordova.
Five women were recognized for their work in healthcare, finance, technology, and community service in Rancho Cordova. Honorees included Christie Gonzales of WellSpace Health, Carrie Johnson of the Rancho Cordova Food Locker, Heather Luck of Five Star Bank, Diann Rogers of the Chamber of Commerce, and Linda Zhong of LiCAP Technologies Inc. "I'd like to congratulate the five amazing women who do business in Rancho Cordova and who are leading their respective sectors," said Mayor Siri Pulipati in a statement, as reported by the City of Rancho Cordova.
