A man was arrested in Rock Hill on Sunday morning following an early dispute that resulted in gunfire, with the victim subsequently seeking treatment at a local emergency room. According to police, Ron McClurkin, 54, is accused of shooting a 41-year-old man following an argument that escalated into violence. WBTV reports that the incident occurred around 5 a.m. at a residence along Simpson Street near Friedheim Road. The victim, sustaining a non-life-threatening gunshot wound to the hip, managed to walk into the ER and informed the authorities that McClurkin was the alleged shooter.
Upon receiving the victim's statement, law enforcement arrived at the involved residence.
