San Antonio police are currently investigating a stabbing incident that occurred on the North Side which left one man hospitalized and another in custody. The altercation took place just before 2 p.m. on Sunday at the Woodhill Apartments, located in the 4900 block of Woodstone Drive off of I-10. According to KSAT, the victim, a 33-year-old male, was found with multiple stab wounds to the chest and arms.

Initial reports from the San Antonio Police Department indicate, the victim and the suspect, a 29-year-old male, were roommates who had a disagreement which escalated to the point of violence while at their residence, the suspect was arrested a short distance away from the scene, he has been charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon; nonetheless, the investigation is still unfolding, as reported by KSAT.

Upon their arrival, officers located the victim in serious condition and he was transported to the hospital for his injuries which have been described as non life-threatening; this report was corroborated by News 4 San Antonio, which stated that the man was stabbed in the arm during the scuffle.
