Early Sunday morning, two teenagers were the victims of a highway shooting in San Antonio, dropping them off with gunshot wounds at a local hospital. According to KTSA, the San Antonio Police Department responded to a call at approximately 1:45 a.m. and noted that those injured were part of a group in one vehicle that came under fire from someone in another vehicle, leading to the urgent hospital visit.
Running through the night's silence, the bullets found a 19-year-old woman in her right ankle and a 16-year-old boy in his left forearm. Despite the chaos of the attack, determined by fate or the shooter's aim, others present in the car were left unharmed. "The victim’s injuries are not life threatening," authorities reassured, as reported by KTSA.
