The search continues for 15-year-old Brookelynn Pinar, who was reported missing last Saturday from the Jackson Lake Campground in Canal Winchester, Ohio. In a social media post yesterday, the Fairfield County Sheriff's Office described Brookelynn as having black hair, brown eyes, standing approximately 5 feet tall, and weighing about 125 pounds. She is distinctively marked with a scar on her right upper arm and shoulder.
According to the Fairfield County Sheriff's Office, Brookelynn left the campground with all her belongings, which has led to speculation that she may have been planning her departure. The Sheriff's Office believes she could be in the Columbus area, though specifics of why they hold this belief have not been publicized, as of now.
Returns from initial search efforts have so far been negative, prompting authorities to broaden their efforts and appeal to the public for any information. The Fairfield County Sheriff's Office has issued an urgent plea: "If you have any information on the whereabouts of Brookelynn please contact the Fairfield County Sheriff’s Office." They've provided a contact number, 740-652-7900, hoping that tips from the community may lead to a swift resolution to this worrying situation.
