The National Weather Service in Seattle has issued a weather update, providing residents with insights into the upcoming conditions for the week ahead. Seattle is set to experience a range of weather patterns, starting with a partly sunny day today and a high near 70 degrees. Mild east winds around 6 mph will become calm as the evening approaches, transitioning towards a mostly clear night with a low around 53 degrees. Winds will be shifting from the west southwest to the northeast in the evening, according to the NWS.
The foreseen ease into the weekend continues with the NWS predicting sunny skies for Thursday and a high nearing 75 degrees; the calm wind is expected to stir north northwest between 5 to 9 mph in the morning but that won't do much to deter the rising temperature, which will reach a zenith on Sunday with a high around 84 degrees, and nighttime lows will remain relatively stable, with the lowest dip reaching 53 degrees on Monday night.
Climbing further into the week, Friday's outlook is mostly sunny with a high approaching 77 degrees, the east northeast wind will maintain its mild pace at 5 to 8 mph before swinging northwest. The trend of clear evenings continues, promising little to no disruption from the elements.
Looking ahead to the weekend, residents can anticipate ample sunshine with Saturday's highs predicted to soar near 79 degrees and evening lows settling around 58 degrees, the balanced rhythm of clear and warmly lit days is forecasted to persist well into next week—with the National Weather Service confirming Sunday through Tuesday will be sunny, with highs ranging from the mid-70s to the low 80s and the Monday evening may see a slight drop in temperature.
