"Fishing with a Cop," a casual event designed to connect law enforcement with the community through the tranquil pastime of fishing, will take place on June 18 from 10 am to 2 pm.
According to an announcement by the City of St. Louis Park, no personal fishing gear is necessary for those interested in attending — poles and bait will be provided courtesy of the police department. The event is open to youth and aims to foster positive interactions between officers and residents.
