Last Sunday, deputies with Constable Mark Herman’s Office responded to a disturbance at Cypresswood Court Apartments, located at 22221 Cypresswood Drive. The precinct reported that Chance Watts was detained at the scene, as reported by the Harris County Constable Precinct 4.
Chance Watts was involved in a reported disturbance when authorities discovered he had an open felony warrant for Possession of a Controlled Substance with Intent to Deliver. He was taken into custody. "Chance Watts was arrested and booked into the Harris County Jail for the open warrant. His bond was set at $50,000.00 out of the 180th District Court," as stated by the Harris County Constable Precinct 4.
