Two men have been arrested in connection with the deadly shooting of a teenager in Towson, with Baltimore County Police linking them to the tragic events that occurred in December 2024 and an additional shooting from the following year. Anthony Jackson, 27, and Daiquon Ferguson, 23, are facing charges that have shaken the local community with the loss of 19-year-old Andrew Blessing.
According to WMAR-2 News, homicide detectives declared that Blessing was found bearing the wounds from multiple gunshots on the 900 block of Beaverbank Circle last December. After having been taken to a hospital nearby, the teenager succumbed to his injuries.
The second man, Ferguson, stands accused of another serious offense, an attempted murder charge relating to a non-fatal shooting incident on East Joppa Road. FOX Baltimore reported that this separate case transpired around 10:40 p.m. on May 29, leaving one victim injured, though the wounds were not life-threatening. Despite the active nature of the investigations, both incidents have led to serious consequences for the involved suspects.
Presently, both Jackson and Ferguson are being held at the Baltimore County Detention Center without bond.
