As the summer heat begins to take hold, the City of Tampa is kicking things up a notch with an event designed for families and fun seekers alike. Announced via a social media post, downtown Tampa is going to transform Curtis Hixon Park into a pop-up golfer's delight, featuring a free 18-hole putt-putt course next Monday, from 12 pm to 6 pm.
The City of Tampa's invitation extends beyond putt-putt enthusiasts; there's something on deck for everyone in this sprawling riverside park. Alongside the mini-golf course, participants can look forward to free samples from Dunkin', a new food truck by PopStroke bringing bites to the table, and lively tunes from a DJ.
