Starting at 7 a.m. until 5 p.m., the stretch north of the grass median from Atwater Street to Tillman Street is off-limits to vehicles. This information comes straight from the county's latest traffic advisory - consider it your sign to maybe hit the snooze button one less time.
Charlotte County's Utilities Department issued the advisory, and in a statement obtained by their website, they're reminding folks to "remain alert at all times and to exercise caution when traveling in the vicinity of construction zones".
