A man and two teenagers have been arrested in connection with a drive-by shooting at the Abbington Apartments on Bradyville Pike in Murfreesboro. As reported by WKRN, the incident, which occurred just after 10 a.m. on Sunday, involved gunfire but no injuries.

Using gunshot detection technology, Murfreesboro Police were able to quickly identify a blue Volkswagen sedan believed to be responsible for the shooting. The vehicle was tracked to the Chariot Pointe Apartments on East Northfield Boulevard, where the suspects were apprehended, according to Rutherford Source.

The arrested individuals include 20-year-old Kevin Hatter and two 16-year-old boys. Hatter faces charges of reckless endangerment, vandalism, and possession of an altered tag. He is currently being held on a $63,500 bond. The two teenagers were taken into juvenile detention but have been released, as confirmed by WSMV.

All three are scheduled to appear in court on Sept. 8. The charges for the juveniles have not been disclosed. Murfreesboro Police continue to utilize technology to address and respond to criminal activities.
