
In an incident that occurred early Saturday, a shooting left three individuals wounded and in critical, but stable condition after they arrived at an area hospital. According to a report by the St. Louis Metropolitan Police Department, the victims—a 23-year-old woman, a 22-year-old woman, and an 18-year-old man—were each brought in separate vehicles to receive urgent medical care following gunshot injuries.
The call to law enforcement came around 3:00 AM, as the trio sought help for their grave afflictions. Despite the chaos of the situation, officers were quick to respond, leading them to cordon off an area near N 8th St. and O’Fallon St., where they believe the incident may have taken place. At present, the events that transpired leading to the violence remain unclear; the investigation is ongoing to elucidate the sequence of events that culminated in the shooting.
