
A man facing accusations of indecent exposure near a Tomball Target store was discovered deceased, with law enforcement citing a self-inflicted gunshot wound as the cause. The Tomball Police Department informed the public of the individual's demise, which occurred in Waller County, as reported by Click2Houston.
According to reports, the incident leading up to the discovery happened around 5:30 p.m. last Thursday when the now-deceased man was seen allegedly exposing himself to three young girls in the parking lot of the Target located at 14302 FM 2920. Leaving the area before the police could apprehend him, the authorities continued their search until Friday evening, when they received news of his passing.
While an arrest warrant was in the process of being secured, Tomball police officers had visited the suspect's residence to conduct an interview, as noted by KHOU. However, upon confirming his potential involvement in the incident, they exited to procure the legal documents necessary for his arrest. As the case unfolds, the Tomball Police Department has stated, "an investigation into the case is ongoing," despite the suspect's death.
