Two individuals were transported to the hospital in the wake of a multi-vehicle collision that occurred in North Versailles Township, including an accident involving a vehicle from the local fire company.
The incident unfolded on East Pittsburgh McKeesport Boulevard at around 11:54 a.m., as reported by Allegheny County 911 officials, WPXI detailed. Witnesses at the scene observed a car and a fire department vehicle being prepared for towing. The cause of the crash has not been disclosed.
Adding to the updates, dispatchers informed WTAE that the scenario involved a three-car collision yesterday afternoon. An aerial view captured by Sky 4, the only news helicopter in Pittsburgh, displayed the fire company vehicle significantly off the road, having come to rest on a swath of grassy terrain.
