
Concern is growing for a 15-year-old girl, Brookelynn Pinar, who went missing from Jackson Lake Campground last Saturday. The Fairfield County Sheriff's Office has shared a public appeal for information regarding her whereabouts on their official social media. According to the Fairfield County Sheriff's Office, a post on Facebook states that Brookelynn, described as having black hair, brown eyes, and a scar on her right upper arm and shoulder, left the campground with all her belongings and is believed to be in the Columbus area.
Standing at about 5 feet tall and weighing around 125 lbs, the sheriff's office is urging anyone with information to come forward. Seen last wearing clothes, the exact description of what Brookelynn was wearing at the time of her disappearance has not been disclosed. The case has heightened awareness around the issue of missing youths in the region, with local communities being asked to keep watch. Brookelynn's family and friends, having her described as a bright and caring teenager, have been canvassing the area in hopes of her safe return. They have reported their profound concern for her safety to the authorities as the hours pass by.
