During a routine traffic stop on the North Freeway, a deputy from Constable Mark Herman's Office has brought a wanted felon, Marcus McDay, into custody. Early this morning, the officer made the stop in the 16200 block of the North Fwy when they identified the driver as McDay. A subsequent warrant search brought to light the fact that he had two outstanding warrants for his arrest out of Harris County.
According to the official Facebook page of Precinct 4, McDay was wanted for Burglary of a Habitation with Intent to Commit a Felony and an open warrant for Terroristic Threat against Family Member.
