According to Baltimore Witness, the incident occurred yesterday, as ShotSpotter—a technology used to detect and locate gunfire—alerted police to the 1300 block of W. North Avenue at around 11:16 a.m.
When officers arrived, they found evidence of gunfire, but the victim was no longer at the scene—only bullet casings and silence remained. Shortly after, police were notified of a walk-in gunshot victim at a nearby hospital, where a 45-year-old man was being treated for non-life-threatening injuries.
