
Baltimore County Police have arrested a person in connection with a shooting in Gwynn Oak last week, signaling a prompt response to a violent domestic dispute. The suspect, 41-year-old Quantae Lane, faces charges of attempted first-degree murder, assault, and various firearms-related offenses.
This conclusion comes after police found a 56-year-old man suffering from a gunshot wound last Friday morning. The incident occurred in the 6700 block of Windsor Mill Rd., according to a Baltimore County Government news release.
Officials reported the victim was quickly transported to a nearby hospital with injuries not threatening his life. Having apprehended Lane shortly after the incident, authorities want the public to know that there is no threat to the community.
