Last Friday, the Calaveras County Sheriff’s Marijuana Enforcement Team served a search warrant at a property suspected of illegal indoor marijuana cultivation. The operation led to the discovery of 612 marijuana plants, as reported by the Calaveras County Sheriff's Office.
Authorities shut down an illegal indoor marijuana grow on Quail Oaks Road, where plants were estimated to be worth around $500,000. The Calaveras County Sheriff’s Office said electrical and plumbing violations were found during the operation. The Calaveras County Code Compliance Department is now inspecting the property for further violations.
No arrests have been made after a recent marijuana raid in Calaveras County.
