Cementing this philosophy, the Campbell County Sheriff's Office outlined its recent efforts in a public service announcement that came with a simple yet profound hashtag: #SlowDownTN.
The month of June was a testament to their dedication, with the Campbell County Sheriff's Office's report flaunting a bevy of activity, including 41,560 miles patrolled, and 874 calls for service, The CCSO wasn't just about patrolling, their community engagement expanded to 287 bags of litter picked up, a gesture that goes beyond enforcing the law to nurturing the environment that cradles their community.
It wasn't all about clean-ups and mile counts. The sheriff's office prioritized law and order in June, with 20 arrests and indictments being handed out alongside 27 citations. Their commitment also spanned to the commonplace yet critical tasks that form the bedrock of their service—from providing 83 motorists with assistance on the roads to conducting 1,839 property checks, ensuring that the fabric of Campbell County held firm against the strains of potential discord.
