Authorities announce the arrest of Briaunna Eleby following a DUI charge, marking her second offense. Constable Mark Herman's Office deputies initiated a traffic stop last Friday upon sighting a vehicle ambling down the 21000 block of Cypresswood Drive at a sluggish five miles per hour, hindered by a flat tire. Upon interaction, deputies reported that the driver, identified as Eleby, exhibited clear signs of intoxication.
Subsequent to field sobriety testing, it was determined that Eleby was indeed under the influence. To further complicate the driver's legal predicament, an investigation determined she was previously convicted of Driving While Intoxicated. "Briaunna Eleby was arrested and booked into the Harris County Jail, charged with Driving While Intoxicated -2nd Offense. Her bond was set at $100.00 out of County Court 4," stated Constable Mark Herman, as reported by the Precinct 4 Facebook page.
