The Texas Department of Public Safety has recently added a Dallas man to the Texas’ 10 Most Wanted Sex Offenders list, identifying 43-year-old Martin Deanda as a fugitive who has failed to comply with sex offender registration requirements. According to the information provided by FOX 4 News, Deanda’s criminal history includes a conviction for aggravated sexual assault of a child in Anderson County dating back to January 2023.
In addition to his failure to register, Deanda was also convicted in 2012 for three counts of aggravated robbery, as stated by both the FOX 4 report and CBS News Texas. Notably, he was sentenced to serve 10 years for each count, which are being served concurrently. Officials have been actively seeking to arrest him since a January 9 warrant was issued in Dallas County.
Authorities describe Deanda as standing 5 feet 10 inches tall and weighing about 190 pounds with tattoos on his chest and both arms, details of which are confirmed by both cited news sources. He may also be seen wearing glasses and is known to have ties to Anderson County, including the city of Palestine. The Texas Crime Stoppers is offering a reward of up to $3,000 for information that successfully leads to his arrest, emphasizing that all tips received will be kept confidential.
To submit a tip, individuals can either call the Crime Stoppers hotline at 1-800-252-TIPS (8477), submit a web tip through the DPS website by selecting Deanda’s profile, or effectively use Facebook by clicking the "Submit a Tip" link under the "About" section. Staying true to their commitment to confidentiality, tipsters will be provided a number to remain anonymous, as reported by CBS News Texas.
