Deputies from Constable Mark Herman's Office were called to the scene of a high-end retail theft at the Houston Premium Outlets on June 27, according to a recent post on their social media page. Store officers reported that two masked individuals made away with Burberry merchandise totaling approximately $3,850. The suspects had fled before law enforcement arrived, prompting an immediate search of the surrounding area.
Although the initial search turned up nothing, Constable deputies kept working the case. Their efforts led to the identification of one suspect, Trayvon Lindsey, who has a prior conviction and was once again caught for stealing from the same Burberry store. He and an accomplice, both wearing face masks, were involved in the theft. The second suspect is still at large.
"Trayvon Lindsey was arrested and booked into the Harris County Jail, charged with Felony Theft," as stated in the Constable's Facebook page. His bond was set at a substantial $75,000.00 out of the 182nd District Court, reflecting the gravity of his repeat offense. Authorities earnestly continue their efforts to track down the second suspect involved in this theft.
