The Detroit Police Department is seeking the community's assistance in locating Shyvonne Davis, a 32-year-old woman who has been missing since June 26, 2025, when she was last seen departing from her home on the 20500 block of Hamburg, as reported by ClickOnDetroit.
The search for Davis intensified after she didn’t return home, prompting her family to report her missing to police yesterday. The day before asking for public help, Detroit Police shared her physical description: 5'10", about 250 lbs, brown eyes, and rainbow-colored braids. She was last seen wearing a black and gray sweater, a tan shirt, and black shorts.
The plea for assistance also found its way onto social media platforms, with the Detroit Police Department's Missing page sharing a post that echoes the description and the urgency, "Please help us find missing Shyvonne Davis. If you have any information, please call Detroit's 9th Precinct at (313) 596-5940 or 911."
Authorities encourage anyone who may have seen Davis or has relevant information to come forward. Individuals are urged to contact the Detroit Police Department's 9th District by calling (313) 596-5940 or by using the anonymous tip line at 1-800-SPEAK-UP, as per a report by ClickOnDetroit.
