A routine traffic stop on FM 1960 Road took a significant turn when Constable Mark Herman's Office apprehended a driver on felony drug possession charges. As reported by the Precinct 4 official Facebook page, the driver, identified as Peter Moreno, was pulled over in a seemingly mundane act of traffic enforcement on Monday.
Upon further scrutiny, it was discovered that Moreno was harboring 3.7 grams of methamphetamine. "Peter Moreno was arrested and booked into the Harris County Jail, charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance. His bond was set at $10,000.00 out of the 262nd District Court," according to the post by Constable Mark Herman's Office.
