In Fairfield, routine turned irregular when Officer Swoyer pulled over a driver for a moving violation at West Texas and Fifth Streets. As reported by the Fairfield, CA Police Department's Facebook post, the encounter conducted at 1:40 AM last Friday ended in more than just a citation for traffic misconduct.

Bernabe Dejesus, 21, showed clear signs of being drunk while driving, which Officer Swoyer noticed right away. After a DUI investigation, Dejesus was arrested for driving under the influence.

During a search of his car, officers also found a ghost gun without a serial number hidden in the center console. Because of this, Dejesus was taken to Solano County Jail on DUI and multiple weapons charges.
