Following an ongoing investigation by the Solano County Sheriff's Office, a Fairfield man has been taken into custody on charges related to the possession of Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM). According to a recent social media post from the Solano County Sheriff's Office, 50-year-old Thomas Hanes was arrested after detectives executed a search warrant at his residence last Tuesday. Evidence about the possession of CSAM was found during the search.
Booked into the Solano County Jail without incident, the exact nature of the material Hanes allegedly possessed has not been disclosed, keeping the investigation's integrity. "The Solano County Sheriff’s Office remains committed to protecting our community and ensuring the safety of our children," the Sheriff's Office stated. They also issued a stern warning to potential offenders, "We will find you."
