A tragic incident occurred early this morning on Columbus' Northeast Side, leading to one fatality and two injuries in a wrong-way crash on State Route 161. The Columbus Dispatch reports that Isaiah Allen, 34, was pronounced dead at the scene after his motorcycle collided with a Honda Accord around 12:09 a.m. near Little Turtle Road.
Allen, who was reportedly driving westbound in the eastbound lanes, struck the front passenger side of the Accord. The two passengers in the Honda involved in the accident were transported to Mount Carmel St. Ann's hospital and are reported to be in stable condition.
