FBI Houston has confirmed the incident, which took place on July 23 aboard the Carnival Dream cruise ship. The identity of the deceased has been released by the Galveston medical examiner's office as 48-year-old Euvelester Villarreal Jr., a resident of Rio Grande City, Texas.
