The City of Folsom is asking residents to nominate individuals for the Spirit of Folsom Award. This award recognizes people who have contributed to the community and helped improve life in the city, according to the City of Folsom.
Each Folsom City Council member can nominate one person from their district. The nomination process is now open and will close on August 8. This program allows the city to share the work of individuals who have contributed to the community, as reported by the City of Folsom.
Award recipients will receive a certificate at an upcoming Folsom City Council meeting. Their achievements will be displayed at Folsom City Hall and shared on the city’s website, newsletter, and social media.
