The Franklin Police Department is actively seeking the public's assistance to locate a Hendersonville man suspected of committing unlawful photography. As reported by WSMV, on March 13, a 12-year-old girl, accompanied by her mother, witnessed a man at a Franklin Target on Galleria Boulevard, crouching and pointing his phone upwards towards her, presumably taking photographs.
Authorities have identified the suspect as Kevin Jackson, a 45-year-old with his last known address in Hendersonville. FPD obtained a warrant for his arrest, charging him with unlawful photography. While the mother and daughter saw the suspect taking photos, WKRN added that he was documented by store security cameras.
Further details described by Williamson Source align with this narrative, depicting Jackson as a Black male with a distinguishing long black and gray beard. At the time of the incident, he was seen wearing a navy t-shirt, gray pants, and adorned with a red bandana. His departure from the scene was noted in a dark gray or blue SUV.
FPD has made a public appeal for assistance in capturing Jackson. "We are seeking information on the whereabouts of Kevin Jackson," in a statement obtained by WSMV. Crime Stoppers of Williamson County is also accepting anonymous tips at (615) 794-4000, offering up to $1,000 for information resulting in an arrest.
