During a routine traffic stop in the vicinity of the 191000 block of Kuykendahl Rd, Harris County deputies arrested a convicted felon named Devarian Haynes, as reported on the official Facebook page of Constable Mark Herman's office. The stop, conducted by the Special Operations Unit on Wednesday, led to the discovery of an open Probation Violation Warrant for Arson against Haynes, an alert issued by the U.S. Marshals Service.
“Devarian Haynes was arrested and booked into the Harris County Jail for the open warrant. His bond and court information have not set at this time,” according to a statement from Constable Mark Herman, as released on the Precinct 4 Facebook page.
