Constable Mark Herman's Office deputies recently arrested a man who was found asleep behind the wheel on the 21900 block of Kuykendahl Road. The incident occurred last Sunday, when the deputies responded to the area to investigate a report of a male passed out in a vehicle. According to the Facebook post made by the Constable's Office, upon arrival, they encountered Chad Bingaman, who was identified after deputies awoke him and observed multiple signs that suggested he was intoxicated.
The situation further escalated when field sobriety tests were conducted on Bingaman, which determined he was indeed intoxicated. Constable Herman's Office reported that “Chad Bingaman was arrested and booked into the Harris County Jail, charged with Driving While Intoxicated." It was further noted that his bond was set at $100.00 out of County Court 15.
