Last Saturday, deputies from Constable Mark Herman's Office responded to a disturbance where they encountered Johnathan Washburn, resulting in his prompt arrest. During the incident, deputies discovered an active out-of-county warrant for Washburn’s arrest. Washburn also made threats of bodily harm toward the complainant during the altercation.
"Johnathan Washburn was arrested and booked into the Harris County Jail, charged with Retaliation and held on an Out-of-County Warrant," announced a Facebook post from the Constable's office. With a bond set at $15,000.00 by the 174th District Court.
The Constable’s Office is encouraging residents to use the "C4 NOW" mobile app, which provides live updates on crime, arrests, and traffic incidents. The app aims to keep the public informed about law enforcement activities in the area, offering real-time information from the sheriff’s office and deputies.
