Deputies from Harris County Constable Precinct 4 conducted a traffic stop last Friday, at the 13600 block of Perry Road. They found a vehicle stopped in the roadway, blocking traffic. The driver, Adel Azmey, showed signs of intoxication and refused to take Standardized Field Sobriety Tests, as reported by the Harris County Constable Precinct 4.

Harris County Constable Precinct 4 obtained a search warrant for a blood sample to determine Adel Azmey’s level of impairment. Azmey was already out on bond for an assault charge at the time of the incident. "Adel Azmey was arrested and booked into the Harris County Jail, charged with Driving While Intoxicated. His bond was set at $5,000.00 out of County Court 7," Constable Mark Herman announced.

According to the Harris County Constable Precinct 4 on their Facebook page, deputies stopped a driver named Azmey who refused to take sobriety tests during a traffic stop.
