In a recent incident highlighting the perils of impaired driving, deputies from Constable Mark Herman's Office encountered a vehicle stranded in a ditch on the 21500 block of Aldine Westfield Road. The driver of the ill-fated vehicle was identified as Micah Oneal, who was found in a state suggesting intoxication.
Law enforcement administered Standardized Field Sobriety Tests, after which Oneal was transported to provide a breathalyzer test.
