A routine traffic stop by deputies of Constable Mark Herman's Office on July 9, 2025, resulted in the arrest of an individual wanted on several warrants. The stop occurred in the 3600 block of N Sam Houston Parkway W, where the driver, identified as Briyah Hill, was found to have an outstanding warrant for Dangerous Drugs in Waller County in addition to two misdemeanor warrants from Harris County, according to the Precinct 4 Facebook post.
"Briyah Hill was arrested and booked into the Harris County Jail for the open warrants and charged with Possession of Marijuana. His total bond was set at $10,000.00 out of 182nd District Court," stated Constable Mark Herman in a Precinct 4 Facebook post.
