The Houston Police Department is on the lookout for a man who on a Tuesday morning, became aggressive over the cost of a drink at a local fast-food restaurant and assaulted an employee during the confrontation. According to the Houston Police Department’s Robbery Division, the incident occurred at approximately 10:45 am on June 24, 2025, within the confines of an eatery situated on the 2100 block of W. Holcombe, in Houston, Texas.
As per police reports, the suspect requested a cup for a drink and, upon being asked to pay, became irate. He crossed the counter boundary to take a cup and, when confronted by staff, engaged in a physical altercation that included striking an employee in the face. The suspect then fled the scene, and no clear direction has been provided that might aid in his apprehension. The Houston Police have assigned case number HPD #820023-25 to the incident and are currently seeking a Black male, estimated to be between 35 and 50 years old, approximately 5’11” tall, and weighing between 150 and 170 pounds. He was last seen wearing a tan shirt, tan shorts, and white shoes.
