According to their Facebook post, the #JSO Gang Unit intercepted a vehicle near the celebration containing five firearms, one confirmed as stolen, and 20 grams of marijuana.
The apprehension led to charges being laid against three men: "Malik Kimble, 28 – Possession of more than 20 grams of marijuana; Duran Kimble, 19 – Carrying a concealed firearm under 21 years old; Caleb Palmer, 23 – Out-of-county warrant with extradition" as detailed by the Jacksonville Sheriff's Office's online statement.
