Jefferson Hills police are in pursuit of a 52-year-old man, Ryan L. Black, who has multiple active arrest warrants. The department extended its plea to the public via Facebook, enlisting community assistance to locate the suspect. Black is wanted on several counts, including burglary, forgery, and attempting to elude law enforcement, as per information shared by the WPXI.
Black allegedly employs various disguises, including dressing as a woman, to evade capture. A witness highlighted Aaron King's aptitude for transformation, acknowledging the suspect's drastically changing appearance. "It doesn’t resemble the same person whatsoever. So it’s wild how his appearance changes drastically. And I don’t know the timespan obviously of the photos and when they were taken, but yeah," King stated, as per WPXI. Beyond his disguises, Black has demonstrated a pattern of switching vehicles and license plates, which complicates the task for law enforcement.
Black's criminal record is tainted with an alleged history of methamphetamine use. This drug habit is considered a possible factor in his criminal behavior. Jefferson Hills police cautioned that Black is not only creative in avoiding arrest but also possesses multiple vehicles at his disposal, a point emphasized in the WTAE report.
