Three people remain missing following the July 4 flooding in Kerr County, with the death toll confirmed at 107, including 37 children. According to Click2Houston, Kerrville City Manager Dalton Rice said that more than 1,000 personnel from local, state, and federal agencies assisted in reducing the number of missing individuals from over 160 to three.
