Starting on Clinchfield Street, which is nestled beside the Kingsport Center for Higher Education, the parade is set to wind its way through Center Street and Sullivan Street before coming full circle back to its starting point. For those planning their day around the festivities, parts of Clinchfield from Market Street to Clay Street will be shuttered by 10 AM.
