
The Las Vegas City Council will recognize local businesses for their charitable efforts after a recent house fire. Companies including N&M Construction, LFP Restoration, and Home Depot provided labor and supplies to help an elderly couple recover from the incident, according to the City of Las Vegas.
The City of Las Vegas will recognize local businesses for helping rebuild a damaged fence for a couple during the City Council meeting on Wednesday. Ward 3 Councilwoman Olivia Diaz will acknowledge their contributions following the 8:30 a.m. Redevelopment Agency meeting at City Hall, 495 S. Main St. The council will also announce the July 2025 Employee of the Month during the same meeting.
The upcoming Las Vegas City Council meeting is open to the public and will also be broadcast live on City of Las Vegas TV. Residents who want to speak on agenda items may do so during public comment periods. Meeting agendas are available in advance at www.lasvegasnevada.gov/meetings.
