Portions of Uha Road and Kauhale Road in Lawai will have closures and single-lane contraflow traffic on July 15 and 16. Work will take place from 8:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., weather permitting, according to the County of Kauai.
On July 15, lane closures will begin on Uha Road from the Ke‘o Place intersection and continue 500 feet south. On July 16, Kauhale Road will have lane closures from its intersection with Uha Road to the asphalt pavement dead end for road resurfacing work, as reported by the County of Kauai.
The County of Kauai will begin roadwork in Lawai and will post electronic message boards in advance. Parking will be restricted in work zones, and flaggers will direct traffic.
