The League City Police Department is on the lookout for three men involved in a brazen jewelry store robbery within a HEB supermarket, with the incident occurring shortly after 5 p.m. yesterday. According to Click2Houston, the suspects, all clad in hoodies, masks, and gloves, stormed the store's jewelry repair outlet, using pepper spray on an employee while they made off with watches and other pieces of jewelry.
As reported by CW39, the intricately planned theft took place at the 2955 South Gulf Freeway location, and the perpetrators escaped in an SUV that was strategically parked outside to facilitate a swift getaway. The crime was executed with precision, and no weapons were brandished during the incident; however, the employee faced the brunt of a chemical assault that left authorities scrambling for leads.
