Last Saturday, deputies from Constable Mark Herman's Office arrested Nathaniel Thy Pham near the 16900 block of the W Hardy Toll Road. He was reportedly driving at 125 mph in a 65 mph zone. Pham was charged with reckless driving, as reported by the Harris County Constable Precinct 4.
A man was arrested after deputies with Harris County Constable Precinct 4 observed reckless driving. The traffic stop led to the driver being taken into custody. "Nathaniel Pham was arrested and booked into the Harris County Jail, charged with Reckless Driving," Herman's team stated in a social media update.
Pham’s bond was set at $100.00 following a reckless driving incident, according to the Harris County Constable Precinct 4 on their Facebook page. Residents can access more information about crime, arrests, and traffic conditions through the Precinct's mobile app, “C4 NOW.”
