Seattle's Pioneer Square became the scene of a violent altercation yesterday evening, leading to a man being stabbed in the head. According to the Seattle Police Department's Blotter, police officers quickly responded to the incident on 3rd Avenue and James Street at approximately 5:05 p.m. following reports of a fight disturbance.
Medics from the Seattle Fire Department arrived at the scene to provide critical life-saving efforts. The victim, whose identity has not been disclosed, was then transported to Harborview Medical Center and was reported to be in stable condition. However, as often is the case in the immediate aftermath of violence, the victim refused to cooperate with law enforcement, withholding potential clues about the attacker's identity or the circumstances leading up to the assault, as detailed by SPD Blotter.
